Terms and Conditions for Subscription Service
Un Jour DAmour Events LLC dba Fantastique Collection

Welcome to the subscription services offered by Un Jour DAmour Events LLC dba Fantastique Collection (hereinafter referred to as “Fantastique Collection,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to our service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our subscription service.
1. Subscription Overview

Price Changes: Fantastique Collection reserves the right to adjust subscription fees at any time. We will notify you in advance of any price changes, and such changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will be charged the subscription fee at the time of renewal using the payment method on file.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting our customer service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
6. Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit such content without our express written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantastique Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your subscription or use of the service. Our total liability in connection with these Terms or the subscription service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding twelve months.
