Our Venue

We are extremely excited to announce our venue for the Fantastique Collection Community Gala 2025 will be Wadley Farms in Utah! Our date for the event is TBA but we are aiming for early June!
The theme for 2025 will be Fae of the Spring Court!

 FAQs

  • The Fantastique Collection Membership program is a monthly subscription that provides our community with perks to our fantasy events as well as uplifts our 3 Cs (Community, Comradery, and Charity) and the authors and vendors we work with!

  • No, you can still attend Fantastique Collection events and be a part of our incredible community without the subscription. There are just so many more incredible options when you are a member.

  • Yes, the subscriptions are charged monthly. The Enchanted Order is charged $14.99 per month and the Ethereal Guild is charged $34.99 per month.

  • At this time, you can upgrade at any point but you will need to cancel the subscription and start a new one to downgrade.

  • You would need to cancel your membership to skip a month. Please note that this will affect your eligibility for the free gala and potentially the yearly retreat.

  • Yes! Please email us to pay for 6 months or a year in advance! info@fantastiquecollection.com

  • Yes and no! For the quarterly community events and to receive first access, those perks start immediately. For the free gala and the retreat, you will need to be a member for at least 6 months.

  • No! We plan to move the location around the country as our fans are all over the US. Our event will be at Wadley Farms in Utah for 2025!

  • There will be a capacity limit based on the venue. If you are not able to attend because the capacity has been met, we will trade the free gala for a non-sold out event of your choosing. Rules & Restrictions may apply.

  • Ethereal Guild members will have the option once per year to trade the access to the free community gala for another Fantastique Collection event that is closer to them. No refunds will be issued from the subscription service if the subscriber is unable to attend. Rules & Restrictions may apply.

  • All payments for the Fantastique Collection Membership Program are non-refundable.

  • Can I say I enjoyed EVERYTHING!? I haven’t stopped gushing to my book friends about how perfect it was. There were such sweet details - from the themed drinks, to the temporary tattoos, the stardust station, and the thank you cards on the table, it was obvious how much thought and attention went into this event.
